How to use
Cough AI
Cough AI is designed to be a simple, fast and accessible screening tool - providing you with the answers that you need within seconds.
Click on the Cough AI check button and cough into your phone’s microphone for approximately 10 seconds to record a cough sample.
The acoustic property of the cough (your cough signature) is then processed by machine learning algorithms trained to detect and interpret the acoustic features of your cough. This analysis enables a comprehensive, data-driven assessment of respiratory health, delivering personalised insights that can inform your next steps.

Tuberculosis AI
In Brief
Tuberculosis (TB) is a bacterial infection that primarily affects the lungs, but can also spread to other parts of the body. TB is spread from person to person through the air when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
The symptoms of TB can include a persistent cough, fever, night sweats, weight loss, and fatigue.
Why Check?
If left undetected and untreated, TB can cause serious health problems and can be fatal.
TB is a major global health problem and is one of the leading causes of death from a single infectious agent. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), TB causes millions of deaths each year and is one of the top 10 causes of death globally.

Covid 19
In Brief
COVID-19 is a highly infectious respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It spreads mainly through respiratory droplets when an infected person talks, coughs, or sneezes, or by touching a surface contaminated with the virus and then touching the mouth, nose, or eyes.
Symptoms of COVID-19 may include fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, and congestion or runny nose. The severity of the illness can range from mild to severe, and in some cases, it can be fatal, especially in older adults or people with underlying health conditions. Vaccines and other preventive measures, such as wearing masks, social distancing, and practicing good hand hygiene, can help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Why Check?
It is important to check for COVID-19 because it is a highly contagious disease that can spread rapidly through communities, and it can cause severe illness, hospitalization, and even death, especially in vulnerable populations such as older adults or people with underlying health conditions. Early detection and diagnosis of COVID-19 through testing can help to identify infected individuals and prevent further spread of the virus. Testing also helps healthcare professionals to isolate infected individuals, provide appropriate treatment, and monitor their health status. It can also help public health officials to track the spread of the disease, identify hotspots, and implement control measures to prevent further transmission. In addition, testing is important for individuals who may have been exposed to COVID-19 but have not yet developed symptoms. Such individuals can still spread the virus to others, and early detection through testing can help to prevent further transmission. Overall, checking for COVID-19 is critical to protect individuals, communities, and public health, and to help control the spread of the disease.

COPD
In Brief
COPD is a leading cause of death and disability worldwide and is estimated to affect over 384 million people globally. COPD is a group of lung diseases that makes it difficult to breathe and can cause coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.
Why Check?
If left undetected and untreated, TB can cause serious health problems and can be fatal. TB is a major global health problem and is one of the leading causes of death from a single infectious agent. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), TB causes millions of deaths each year and is one of the top 10 causes of death globally.
