Stress AI is designed to be simple, fast and accessible, giving you clear insights into your stress levels within seconds.
Click on the Stress AI check button and hold your phone so the camera can capture your face for around 30 seconds. The camera records subtle changes in blood flow beneath your skin using remote photoplethysmography (rPPG).
The data is then processed by machine learning algorithms trained to detect and interpret markers of stress through heart rate variability and other signals. This analysis provides a clear, data-driven view of your stress levels, offering personalised insights to support better focus, recovery, and wellbeing.
