Do you charge a monthly subscription fee?
No. At Helfie we believe that health should be on your terms. We make it easy for you to add credits into your Helfie wallet using Apple pay, Google Pay or other credit card providers. You can use your Helfie credit balance to interact with Helfie. Your wallet credits never expire.
Can I get a refund?
Once purchased, your Helfie wallet balance remains available until consumed. We do not offer refunds for wallet balances and your Helfies never expire. If you think we have made a mistake, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
